By automatically generating QR codes for all students within the school, ABC Pickup simplifies the check-out process. Parents can present their child's unique QR code upon arrival, which staff members can efficiently scan using their smartphones. In cases where the QR code is misplaced, parents can be located by name, pulling up a list of authorized guardians for the student.

Upon scanning a code, the child's name is promptly added to the pick-up list designated for their teacher. Once the student is escorted to their parent's vehicle, teachers can easily update the pick-up list by removing the student's name with a simple click.
